Is he flirting with me or teasing me?

He Pokes me and then truns around and acts like he doesnt know whats going on. Sometimes he'll call out my name and when i turn around he looks the other way and pretends he didnt say anything. and today we had an iceskating feild trip, so he purposely came over by me and stopped, trying to spray slush up at me. he does all these things alot, and it will probably be something new tomorrow. is he flirting or teasing me? (p.s ive liked this guy alot for about 1 1/2 years)
